There has been lots of talk about some members wanting a Battlefield: Bad Company 2 server. The decision is still up in the air and the dialog between the council, members, and friends continues but we still need more information before making a final decision. One huge issue about hosting a BC2 server is that it would have to be hosted off site as it doesn’t use the Source Engine like CS:S or TF2. With that being said, it will cost us more money to host the server and donations haven’t been stellar recently. If you are a supporter of CCgaming getting a BC2 server then we need you to go post on this thread in the forums with the amount that you will be willing to pay for a 3 month trial run of hosting BC2. It looks like we need right around $80 for this three month trial so don’t be stingy soldiers!
We have now added a Battlefield 2 AIX co-op server to our lineup. You can connect to the server through the in-game server browser, or by connecting directly to bf2.ccgaming.com.
To play, you will need Battlefield 2 and the AIX mod. The AIX mod is available for free from http://www.aixtended.com/
Many people have been interested in starting up some game nights. There’s been lots of talk, but until now no action. It’s time we start a game night.
