~.*.~ A rather short report today. Excellent progress these past two days: roughly eighty jumps completed across over four thousand lightyears. The occasional neutron star breaks up the monotony, though they have grown few and far between. I believe I am over seventy jumps from the next. To keep myself from going quite mad I have been listening to audio transcripts of stories invented in the twentieth century. Some of it is quite amusing.
~.*.~ Of notable discoveries there is little to tell. I happened upon yet another earthlike world today. With so much time on my hands, I was able to look back at my logs from the journey thus far and determined that I have discovered fully six earthlike worlds, two of which are ringed.
~.*.~ By the time of my next report I am certain I shall be well within the Formorean Frontier and likely will have broken 50000ly separation from Sol. For now, 18400 lightyears lie between me and Beagle Point. There’s nothing more to say but, “Onward, into the black.”
